LEARNING
Learning is "a process that leads to change, which occurs as a result of experience and increases the potential for improved performance and future learning" (Ambrose et al., 2010, p. 3).  The change in the learner may happen at the level of knowledge, attitude or behavior.  At LEAD Educational, we work with our clients to increase all three areas.  We listen and assess the needs of each individual to understand the best course of action.  Then apply research-based strategies to enable optimum success.  We also provide follow-up services to encourage changes in behavior to help each client achieve their goal.
ENRICHMENT
Many of our clients want to improve both how they feel about themselves and how they contribute to others.  We believe that finding your true purpose is closely related to how we provide, care, and help others.  Servant leadership principles are intertwined throughout our company and help us achieve our goals and clients achieve theirs.
ACADEMIC
We understand that education is the overall goal, but a substantial part of this is academic performance.  While not the only measure, academic opportunities have been statistically shown to increase a person's quality of life.  We want to assist each client in finding the best path, setting, and resources for academic success.
DEVELOPMENT
Development is a process, not a popular catchphrase at LEAD Educational.  Our culture identifies and praises success but rarely shows the steps involved in achievement.  Hard work is not always fun and, typically, not easy.  We strive to show our clients the value of persistence in the effort.  We appreciate hard work and encourage our clients to look at success as a developmental process.  Regardless of starting point or adversity, we believe every client can have success.
